I’m feeling much better today…yesterday was just a “down” day for me. I’m not really sure why, well I am, and I’m not proud of it…but it’s over and I can’t change it or take it back. Enough said. No more…I’m staying away and deleting his number from my phone. He is toxic and he knows he is playing head games with me. He is not meant for me, and that is that. Moving on.

So, for dinner last night I did have subway and some apples with it. I love Subway! Here is a pic:

Breakfast today: Special K cereal and fat free milk

Lunch: Leftover hamburger helper and steamed broccoli

Dinner: Not sure, as I will be attending my sisters softball game tonight.

I have a request…. I have a cousin who is in Afghanistan right now fighting for us and he is scheduled to come home in 2-3 weeks as he has been there a year. He has been out on a “mission” for over a week now and the guys featured in the article and video below are his group. Please keep all of these men in your prayers…and read the article/watch the video. I think about him, my Aunt, Uncle and cousin everyday and pray that he gets home safely. This is scary and any extra prayers would be appreciated.
