Okay…so I have really been slacking here. I just can’t seem to find enough time to work, exercise and blog all in one day! But, I’m going to start trying my hardest. I always feel better when I write.
Life has been going alright latetly. I have been sticking with working out and eating better and have now lost 35 pounds. I had a minor set-back last month when I hurt my knee and had to stay off of it for 3 weeks so it xould heal. I tried to really watch my eating during that time, which worked out well as I didn’t gain any weight back.
