Hump day again...

Well, it’s hump day again. I had to drag my butt out of bed this morning to work out. Every single ounce of me did not want any part of exercise…I had to convince myself with sayings like: “What is 40 minutes out of your day” and “Picture the end result, laying in bed won’t get you there.” I guess it worked, because I got up and did my 21st day of the 30 day shred. I felt so much better afterwards and I’m so glad I did it. I still don’t see a lot of results in the mirror, but I think that is another issue.

Dinner last night was my version of a chili cheeseburger. I had a Morning Star veggie burger on top of a slice of wheat bread and then topped with a ½ cup of black beans, a sprinkle of cheese, grape tomatoes and sriracha. I also roasted some asparagus on the side for my veggie. The picture looks gross, but it wasn’t that bad. I did decide that I’m not a big fan of these veggie burgers anymore…I think I will try to make my own next time.
This is what we did the rest of the night…shocking right? We like to take pictures of ourselves as we watch the biggest loser. I love that show! It helps keep me motivated. I also feel like Jillian is my best friend, since I see her every morning on my DVD J
Breakfast this morning was a green monster in the car and then a piece of wheat toast with some extra crunch peanut butter on it once I got to work. Since it’s dark when I leave for work, the picture below is pretty crappy.
Lunch today: Leftover stew with sliced cucumber and some hummus for dipping. Snack: Apple.
Only 2 more work days…J I’m going to try and write that letter to myself tonight...I think it might be hard with all the negative feelings I have had lately.
