I declare this day...National Single's Day

A new friend just told me that it was "National Single's Day" instead of Valentine's day. I like that!

So, another February 14^th …and no Valentine again. I think there has been one year that I actually had a Valentine, and I’m not even sure that I would count that. No wonder I despise Valentine’s Day….it has never really been a good time for me. Where I work, they have been selling these beauties to staff and then they can send them to other staff:

But, this one was not sent to me…it was a friend’s that I stole and took a picture of. Unfortunately I didn’t receive one (what a shocker!) I’m not bitter at all…

This morning a friend told me that her staff were throwing an “anti-Valentine’s day potluck”, so of course I had to go take a look at some of the goods…how awesome are these! This is my kind of Valentine’s party J
