Another dreary and rainy day today…ugh. It brings down my mood when the weather is gross. Oh well, not much I can do about it but whine of course J
Last night was a short night. Didn’t get off work until 6:30 and with my hour drive home, that means I ate leftover chili dogs for dinner…good thing I worked out in the morning. No pic, by the time I got home, I was starving!
This morning I got up and worked out with the usual routine that I have been doing: I have been “Shredding it with weights” along with Jillian Michaels and her skinny little friends J I think I might be a slight bit obsessed with Jillian. She is such a great motivator, and although some people really don’t like her style…I LOVE it! Plus, she helps me sweat my ass off! I want to join her online weight loss community…I think I might have to give in soon and give it a try.
New weight loss goal: I’m now 2 pounds away from losing 20 pounds. My new goal is to lose 12 more pounds by May 12th (the date of my cruise). That will give me a total of 30 pounds…which I will be content with until I get back from the cruise and then I want to lose another 20 pounds. We will see…one day at a time is all I can do.
Breakfast: Overnight oats that look like vomit J Delicious!
Lunch was a baked potato with some left over chili and one piece of laughing cow cheese on top. I also had some celery sticks and peanut butter on the side.
