Sunny Wednesday...

So yesterday was a long day. I went home early from work due to stomach cramps but once I took my pain medication that the Doctor prescribed, I was okay. I should have gone back to work, but with the hour commute…by the time I got back, it would have been time to leave again. Oh well. Feeling a little better today, but I did bring my heating pad to work with me to help with the cramping…I look like such an old lady sitting at my desk with my heating pad J

Anyway, so let’s start with yesterday’s food I’ll make it quick:
Breakfast:  Overnight Oats

Lunch: Leftover casserole and salad

Dinner was 2 slices of pizza that was eaten late night due to my sisters softball game. Once I was feeling better, I decided to get up and go watch my sister’s game. Here are a few pictures from the game, my sister is the one at the bottom that is pitching. I absolutely love to watch her play along with her team, they are a great group of girls and seem to really enjoy what they do. They are all so talented and I can’t wait to see where this takes my sister in the future. I’m so proud of her J

Baby Sis!
Meals today include:
Breakfast: Special K w/almonds (no picture, I forgot L)
Lunch: Sandwich with turkey, spinach, mustard, 1 slice of cheese and a 100 calorie sandwich thin. I had a chobani blueberry greek yogurt on the side.
Dinner tonight will be out with a good friend at Chipotle. I love Chipotle! My plan is to have a burrito bowl with only lettuce, rice, chicken, black beans and salsa. I’m going to try and remember to take a picture.

I want to talk a little about getting drastic with the weight loss. I feel like my body is not moving very much (in weight) and I want to lose more in the next 2 months. So, I’m going to talk with my friend tonight (she is a health expert), and see how many calories a day I should be consuming in order to lose 1-2 pounds a week. We will see what she says and then I will go from there. I have never really counted calories since I have always been on Weight Watchers, but I thought I would try something different. I also need to make sure I’m getting up everyday and working out for at least 30-45 minutes…no matter what.  We will see…nothing but good things from here J

I’ll leave with a few random pictures from the past couple of days J
