Since I did absolutely nothing yesterday, that means I have to get all my crap done today. Let's get started...
Breakfast: Green monster and Oatmeal topped with a teaspoon of peanut butter :)
Workout: Got up this morning and moved to Level 3 of the 30 day shred. It was hard! I was dripping with sweat. I also ran 1 mile on the treadmill after the DVD workout.
Today:
1. Costco
2. Grocery Store
3. Clean Car
4. Target
Not looking forward to this...
