Happy Friday!!!

Yay! It’s Friday! I’m soooo ready for the weekend. Going to have some wine at a friend’s house tonight and have some girl talk…should be fun.

Since it’s Friday…that also means it was weigh-in day. Ughh. Today, I gained .6 of a pound. I’m a little irritated by that, only because I feel like I have exercised a lot this week. I did have that ice cream this week and some frozen yogurt, but other than that, everything else I ate was WW friendly and healthy. I’m hoping that one day the weight will just start falling off if I stick with it. I have noticed that I’m stronger and more flexible than I was when I started, so I guess that is a positive. Well, next week is a new week in this battle…we will see what happens.

Now that we got that over with...for dinner last night I went out with my family to a Japanese type fast food place and ordered a chicken salad along with 2 pieces of vegetable tempura (I couldn’t resist!) Then we got frozen yogurt (I don’t have a picture of dinner or dessert). I think sweets are my ultimate problem. It’s hard to stay away from sweets, but I think I’m going to have to go cold turkey on this one. Maybe I will try and go this week with no ice cream or skinny cows or frozen yogurt and see what happens. I think I will give it a try…

Lunch today is a wrap with grilled chicken, feta cheese, spinach and tomatoes along with an apple on the side. Can’t wait…I’m starving!

To-Do list for the weekend:
1. Clean car and put on craigslist to try and sell
2. Run 3 miles along with doing the 30 day shred
3. Go to church
4. Find a red shirt to wear to work on Monday (required…ugh, I hate red)
5. Sleep

That’s it…not too bad of a list. I think I can handle it.
Only 6 more hours of work J
