Good Morning World….
I always feel so much better when I get up and do the 30 day shred at 5am. I felt like crap on the day that I didn’t do it this week…I was tired all day and had no energy. I know that they say it takes 21 days to form a habit…so I only have 8 more days until I hit 21. I’m determined to make this a habit! I’m not going back to the way I was…being healthy makes me happy and I feel better about myself.
On to the next topic….car trouble. I have had nothing but car trouble the past 2 weeks and I need to figure something out. I know it’s the transmission, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the money to get it fixed. I may just have to bite the bullet and invest in a new car. For now, I’m driving my Papa’s little truck…which I’m not so good at (it’s a manual transmission). We will see what happens this weekend…
Here is a picture from my drive to work this morning. The fog was pretty bad and they had CHP pacing for a good 20 miles. It’s amazing how people still drive really crazy when you can’t even see ½ mile ahead of you.
Weight loss update:
Week 3 – Lost another pound. Total weight loss is 9 pounds. I’m okay with that, as long as I’m not gaining J
